Setup Requirements
- RENAME FILES - YOUR LAST NAME AND BANNER SIZE
- Dimensions & Bleed: Add 0.125” to each dimension (e.g., 3.5"x2" becomes 3.625"x2.125").
- Color Mode: Use CMYK only; do not include color profiles.
- Resolution: 300 DPI to 375 DPI.
- Safety Zone: Keep all text and important elements inside the blue safety line.
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines (create outlines) to avoid font issues.
- Layers: Remove or turn off template layers before saving.
- File Format: PDF, TIFF, or JPEG.
